Roasted Garlic Bone Marrow

Bone marrow is definitely underrated. Juicy, greasy, fatty goodness that melts in your mouth.. what more can you ask for?! This bone marrow is topped with roasted garlic and will make you fall in love!

This post will be two recipes in one.. first I'll reveal the golden, crispy AIR FRIED roasted garlic.


Air Fryer Roasted Garlic

Recipe:


Ingredients:

1 bulb garlic

Pink Himalayan salt

Black pepper

1/2 tbsp EVOO


Method:

  1. Cut off the top of the bulb of garlic.

  2. Rub the olive oil all over the top of the garlic bulb

  3. Sprinkle all seasonings on top of the garlic bulb

  4. Place in the air fryer at 380 for 20 minutes! (You can use foil or omit, up to you!)


Now that we have our roasted garlic.. Are you ready for the bone marrow?!


Roasted Garlic Bone Marrow

Recipe:


Ingredients:

1 pack of beef bones (generally comes in 4)

1/8 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp garlic salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

*Sprinkle of Himalayan salt to top


Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Line the beef bones with the marrow part facing up.

  3. Season them bad boys!

  4. Bake at 420 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

  5. Sprinkle with parsley and some roasted garlic bulbs.

  6. Scoop out the bones and serve with toast! Sprinkle with Himalayan salt.
