Air Fryer Buffalo Garlic Parmesan Chicken Tenders

Want to make "fried" chicken without deep frying them? Let's do it!




Recipe


Ingredients:


6-8 chicken strips

1/4 cup flour

2 eggs


Seasoned panko;

1/4 cup panko

1 tbsp @kernelseasons Garlic Parmesan

1 tbsp @kernelseasons Buffalo seasoning

1 tsp paprika

Salt & Black pepper TT

(Note: If you don't have these seasonings, be creative with what you have! I like to experiment with different seasonings.)


Method


1. Gather two plates and 1 bowl. Put flour in one plate, seasoned panko in one, and eggs mixed in a small bowl

2. Dip each chicken in flour, then egg wash, then panko. Continue the process for each chicken. Add a little more garlic Parmesan seasoning to the top

3. Spray chicken with some oil spray. Air fry at 400 for 8 minutes. Flip and repeat on other side for 8 more minutes

4. Cut up some parsley to top

5. (Optional) Make your greek yogurt ranch dressing. Can omit and use regular ranch.. and for my non ranch lovers the chicken is seasoned with delicious popcorn seasoning so it’s also good to enjoy alone. Serve chicken with dip!



Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip Recipe:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 packet ranch seasoning

1/2 tsp Black pepper

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

Handful of Fresh dill chopped

1/4 lemon juice


Steps:

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly

*Serve chicken tenders with this healthy greek yogurt ranch dip!
