Funfetti Cream Cheese Cookies

These Funfetti cookies will change your life!!

Who would think to put cream cheese in cookies?! ME, of course haha. I honestly wasn't too sure how it was going to come out, but I've made these a bunch of times now by request because they say it's the best cookies they've EVER had. They're so fluffy and delicious that you won't be able to stop eating them!

1 egg

1 80z cream cheese softened

1 stick sweet cream butter softened

1 tsp imitation vanilla

2 cups flour

1 tsp Himalayan pink salt

1/4 cup sprinkles plus more to top

  1. Combine wet ingredients. Using a hand mixer, mix for 5 minutes.

  2. Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet

  3. Add sprinkles and mix with your hands

  4. Shape into small balls or use a tiny ice cream scoop

  5. Sprinkle each cookie with sprinkles

  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Halfway through pre-heat your oven to 350

  7. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

  8. Pull out and let sit for 5 minutes on the pan, then enjoy!

- I have put the dough in the freezer for 5-10 minutes instead of waiting for them in the fridge, so you can do that as well but I do recommend the fridge.
- DO NOT skimp on the 5 minute mixing time with the hand mixer. This is the secret to these amazing cookies.
